EntityId.AsString is easy to confuse with `object.AsString()` which returns `ToString()`. `ToString()` needs to return a parsable `.AsString`

Revise .AsGDID(); which returns HTTP 500 into some other form of CallGuard exception (which returns HTTP 400)
