[Functional][Andim/Job]Verify that Admin can delete a vacancy and confirm deletion in modal

Preconditions

1. Admin user is logged in
2. The “Вакансії” tab is open
3. A vacancy with the title “test2” exists in the vacancies table

Steps to reproduce

1. Find the vacancy "test2"
2. Click the Delete icon in the "Дії" column
3. Confirmation modal appears with message: EN: "Are you sure you want to delete the vacancy?" UA: "Ви впевнені, що хочете видалити вакансію?"
4. Click the 'Підтвердити' button

Expected result The selected vacancy is removed from the vacancies table A success notification is shown: EN: "The vacancy successfully deleted" UA: "Вакансію успішно видалено"

Postconditions The vacancy is permanently removed from the system and no longer visible in the table
