[Admin/News#835][UI] Verify that the page corresponds to mockup

Preconditions

1. The user is logged in as admin.
2. The “Новини” page is opened via the admin panel.
3. Figma mockup for the News page is opened for comparison.
4. Display resolution: 1920, 1600, 1025.

Steps to reproduce

1. Navigate to the Admin Panel.
2. Click on the “Новини” section from the left menu.
3. Visually compare the page to the Figma mockup.
4. Verify that all required UI elements (headers, buttons, images, inputs, etc.) are present.
5. Check the alignment of each control according to the mockup.
6. Verify font type, size, color, and spacing for text elements.
7. Check for spelling/grammar errors in all visible text.
8. Resize the browser window and ensure layout adjusts correctly.
9. Use the Tab key to navigate through interactive elements and verify logical tab order.
10. Use browser zoom (e.g., 80%, 125%) to check if layout and alignment remain correct.

Expected result

1. The Admin News page layout and elements fully match the provided Figma mockup.
2. All visual styles (font, colors, spacing, alignment) comply with the design.
3. UI responds correctly to resizing and zooming.
4. Tab navigation flows logically and reaches all interactive elements.
5. No spelling or visual inconsistencies are present.

Postconditions

1. No changes are made to the system.
2. The user remains on the News page.
