[TC][Admin][News] Verify the functionality of deleting an existing news article

Preconditions

1. User is logged as admin
2. The 'Новини' tab is opened
3. The news has been created with the following data: Title - Тестова новина Link - test-link Description - Lorem ipsum dolor sit amet, consectetur adipiscing elit. Cras et commodo ex. Pellentesque id sagittis ex. Morbi tincidunt volutpat ante, ut elementum turpis pulvinar et. Image - Date - Current date

Steps

1. Click on the "trash bin" icon next to the news created as part of the precondition.
2. Click on the "Підтвердити" button.

Expected result

• [x] 1. After clicking on the Delete icon opens a confirmation modal with message "Ви впевнені, що хочете видалити новину?"
• [ ] 2. After clicking on the "Підтвердити" button the news is deleted.
• [ ] 3. Notification "Новину успішно видалено" is displayed.
