[Functional][Admin/Streetcode] Unable to create new Streetcode despite using the appropriate image format - the error message doesn't appear immediately

Environment: macOS Sonoma Version 14.6.1, Google Chrome Version 128.0.6613.138 (arm64) Reproducible: Always

Preconditions

  1. User is logged as admin
  2. The Page 'Стріткоди' is opened

Steps to reproduce

  1. Click on the 'Новий стріткод' button
  2. Input all mandatory fields (Номер стріткоду, Назва стріткоду, URL, Роки, Тизер)
  3. Upload image in .webp format
  4. Click on the 'Опублікувати' button

Actual result The Streetcode hasn't been created, but without any error message. Only after clicking on trash bin icon on the uploaded image the error message 'Тільки файли з розширенням webp, jpeg, png, jpg дозволені!' appears.

Expected result The Streetcode has been created.
