[Functional][Admin/Streetcode] Unable to edit existing Streetcode despite the appropriate image format (.jpg) was previously loaded

Environment: macOS Sonoma Version 14.6.1, Google Chrome Version 128.0.6613.138 (arm64) Reproducible: Always

Preconditions

1. User is logged as admin
2. Streetcode was previously created with image in .jpg format
3. The Page 'Стріткоди' is opened

Steps to reproduce

1. Click the 'edit' icon to edit existing Streetcode
2. Input optional fields (e.g. 'Ім'я' and 'Прізвище')
3. Click on the 'Опублікувати' button
4. Confirm the changes by clicking 'Гаразд' on modal window 'Ви впевнені, що хочете опублікувати цей стріткод?'

Actual result Streetcode hasn't been edited The Message 'Тільки файли з розширенням webp, jpeg, png, jpg дозволені!' appears

Expected result Streetcode has been edited The message 'Стріткод успішно оновлений' appears
