Steps to reproduce

1. Go to the main page' StreetCode page for editing..'
2. Scroll main the StreetCode page to block “Наші партнери “
3. Click on the link “ Всі партнери”

Actual result link “ Всі партнери” is missing

Expected result page “ Всі партнери” is opened
