Describe the solution you'd like

• Deploy Apicurio (RedHat Operator) in Dev / Test
• Route to UI
• Configure SSO
• Out of Scope: Migration old Schemas, Integration in Engine

Describe alternatives you've considered

Schema Reg custom made in Engine -> unnecessary effort

Other Schema-Regs:

• Conlfuent - Enterprise Licence
• AWS Glue - AWS specific

acceptance criteria

• Apicurio runs in Dev/Test
• API is available to other services
• Security is configured to SSO
• UI is accessible and useable
