please provide build instructions

i would love to work with it; however, I am having a hard time building it, as the projects are complaining about missing components.

can you either:

1. provide build instructions
2. provide a list of dependencies/projects/packages

I read the instructions, however, there were only instructions to use the engine AFTER it has been built from source. My problem right now is compiling your source code to get binaries for cs2php converter. It would be extremely helpful and much appreciated if you could either:

Provide some binaries, OR Provide instructions to build cs2php from source.
