Hotkeys works only with english keyboard layout

Hey @TULENp, as far as I can tell this extension isn't maintained. See https://github.com/isudox/vscode-jetbrains-keybindings/issues/16.

I'd recommend checking out https://github.com/kasecato/vscode-intellij-idea-keybindings it has much better coverage and is actively maintained. I'm not sure if it works with a Russian keyboard layout, but the odds of it working are certainly higher than with this extension. :)
