[istio.io testing] Need test for Kubernetes Ingress with Cert-Manager
Describe the feature request We need to develop a test for the Kubernetes Ingress with Cert-Manager task in order to provide automated testing of the Istio.io website for future releases.

@howardjohn Looking through this, it looks feasible to me. What challenges are you expecting?
Don't we provision a real cert from lets encrypt? I think that takes multiple minutes and I am not sure if they would be happy with the rate at which we would be running this? I may not be right here though, I only briefly looked at this
