Hi @fykaa. Thanks for your PR.

I'm waiting for a istio member to verify that this patch is reasonable to test. If it is, they should reply with /ok-to-test on its own line. Until that is done, I will not automatically test new commits in this PR, but the usual testing commands by org members will still work. Regular contributors should join the org to skip this step.

Once the patch is verified, the new status will be reflected by the ok-to-test label.

Thanks for the review @linsun, As discussed in our last slack chat, I will put the deployment section in a separate PR from this. I was able to get waypoint up and running but I will need your suggestions to structure the guide based on na and sa scope along with other additional factors around troubleshooting and authorization, etc. I've added a functional overview but not sure if it was imitated from a blog as I mostly referred resources around tutorials and design docs

To resolve the missing link in lint, try rebasing your branch. It's a little behind master.
