docs not quite right around enabling istio addon in microk8s

In the documentation at https://istio.io/latest/docs/setup/platform-setup/microk8s/

...it mentions that when enabling Istio on MicroK8s, I will be prompted as follows:

When prompted, choose whether to enforce mutual TLS authentication among sidecars. If you have a mixed deployment with non-Istio and Istio enabled services or you’re unsure, choose No.

However, I was not prompted. It just enabled (installed) Istio and output info as per below.

Not a problem for me, but I thought you would like to know, so as to update docs.

As noted on the page:

This vendor-provided document has not been tested on the Istio 1.9 release and may contain bugs.

Maybe we need to update that to say on 1.9 and later releases. At some point we should remove these non-updated pages. I believe it was a plan at some point in the past.
