Describe the issue

I tested all with BOOT and BOOT-EXFAT versions Issues that this version and the normal wlaunch have, but the FreeDVDBoot one don't have: Can't copy files >=16KB from cdfs to mc or mass, it says 'Paste Failed'. Slow browsing through cdfs files.

Also there is a delay when opening folders that all wlaunch from 2017 onwards have (including this and FreeDVDBoot one), this is because the generated LAUNCHELF.CNF misses the line 'Init_CDVD_Check = 0' and adding it to the cnf does nothing.

Issue introduced in this version when launched trough MC (this doesn't happen in the previus one): If there is a USB connected and no HDD, if I enter in hdd0 and then enter in mass and then in MISC/PS2Disc, it stucks in a black screen. Doing the same steps with an HDD connected sends directly to the PS2 Browser instead of launching the Disc.
