vlc not work in x86

when i change menu and text in MainForm.cs and i run the project , everything goes to default and my changes does not works .

Also having issues with VLC and streaming RTSP videos on iSpy. Keeps saying the video stream is offline. Worked previously on my other laptop. Confirmed stream is indeed online by streaming via VLC. Reinstalled iSpy and VLC, no luck.

EDIT: Using Agent DVR instead, never got the issue fixed

you need to make sure that the to test the rtsp url via VLC Media player first to see it supports rtsp. I fixed this issue in my end by manually installing vlc and enabling rtsp from the source, and it works great. The only problem is that, onvif source is not working with vlc.
