what's the meaning of LN, RC and XC?
Hi, those are SAM-like tags which denote the following:
LN - sequence length RC - number of reads used for polishing the sequence XC - percentage of polished windows in the sequnce
Best regards, Robert
Hello, I'd like to ask a similar question and had understood the first two parameters But i want to ask what the meaning of the ‘f' behind the XC Thank you, YellowStar
Hi,
'f' means that the number that follows is a float. It is the standard SAM tag in form TAG:TYPE:VALUE, you can see more here.
