Getting small contigs with long polyA and polyT stretches

Dear all,

I am doing an assembly of bacteria, and I am getting poly A stretch in my final contigs.

I have tried both with minimap and minimap2 and I am getting this strectch.

Any alternative to remove from my assembly?
