Connection Notes : Improvements

I’m not sure what to do with the notes field. It feels more like a code editor that a notes field. I’d like to use it, but it just feels like it doesn’t fit with the existing UI. Feels cramped and a little disconnected.

If there is a note added I think there should be an indication - maybe the first few words of the note - so the user knows there is a note there?
