Tooltip to get visible rows/cols by clicking heatmap

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. We would like to be able to zoom into the heatmap and export the visible rows and columns.

Describe the solution you'd like Clicking on the heatmap arena should bring up a dendrogram like tooltip that shows the rows and columns and makes them available in different formats.
