Direct IP option for Chat Feature

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. The Chat feature currently only supports device discovery which can sometimes be unavailable on some networks so devices can't find each other.

Describe the solution you'd like An option in the "Add Device" menu that would allow to type an IP address for direct connection to the device.

Also good thing to consider is to allow multiple addresses for each chat session as some people would like to chat on multiple different networks while keeping the conversation.
