Selective apps notification

It's a bit annoying when apps you don't like send notifications on the laptop. And sometimes I use plain-app for work and it would be nice to get notifications of only selected apps on my laptop.

So, it would be nice to have a list of all the apps which can send notification to the other device, and perhaps a toggle to disable/enable sending notifications.

Pushbullet has a similar option: Here's few screenshots from pushbullet:
