Create React, Storybook project and remove redundant files/folders

I have deleted many files/folders which is not related to the React project. If i missed something or did a wrong thing please warn me about it.

Thank you for the awesome work. The dist folder is required for the documentation, anyway, it since you are merging into feature/react it will not harm. Can you please fix the conflicts so I can merge your branch?
