actually the centers the user returns in the measure function are in ra,dec anyways so I fail to see where confusion would arise. I'm closing this issue but anyone feel...

Most of suggestions have been implemented in #412

Test suite was changed by #412, metrics are now computed on aggregate over many batches on simple inputs so likely will always work otherwise something really wrong with algorithms implementation.
