dashboard -> logout should go to updated SSO login screen instead of old screen

Problem

Currently, when logging out of the dashboard, the user is presented with the old (pre-SSO) login screen:

This is confusing because it is different from the new login screen that students will see, and students therefore won't know what this is; and in at least one instance in a recent semester, this has confused a student, and they ended up creating a new ISLE account instead of signing onto SSO.

Request for it to default to the new login screen:

By the way, I think the button labels on that page are confusing. Request for something more like:
