[Bug]: flags in create cohort go off edge of browser

Description

Like other problems we've encountered in ISLE with edges of various objects cutting each other off or going beyond the browser edge, various descriptor flags for nearly all the various options on the "create cohort" page are cut off by the edge of the browser (Win10, Firefox 101.1, resolution 120%, browser maximized). E.g.:
