request tooltip popup to indicate cohort (and course?) name requirements

Problem

For an upcoming ISLE course, I was creating the cohort, but the "create" button wasn't becoming enabled. After puzzling over it for a while I discovered the problem was that I had named the cohort "S" (that's what the section is named in the University), and evidently ISLE doesn't allow single-character cohort names. [When I changed the cohort name to "section S" then the create button became enabled.]

So, request for a popup (maybe upon cursor plant in cohort name window?) indicating the naming requirements. Or alternatively, request to ease the name requirements.

If ISLE courses also have name requirements, then same request for creating ISLE courses.
