Feature request: provide some way to ignore (= mark as "consciously not included") some reference

I decided to remove one reference for now, but I might re-include it later - so it shall remain in the .bib file. I would like to be able to tell checkcites that this one reference does not need to be reported as unused - ideally, in the .tex file.
