Sidebar or navbar for mobile view

Someone else has made the navbar but it has some bugs so I have raised another issue. Please assign me that. Also, I have a doubt, in order to make a pr in your repository is it necessary that you assign that issue to me? As I haven't seen anyone getting assigned the navbar but someone made it.
