Why my PR will not count as hacktoberfest ?

This year maintainers of hacktoberfest has spammed all the repos which promotes adding of name in file, adding dsa codes etc via PRs to complete hacktoberfest. Mine repo has also been marked spam on the very first day due to 300+ PRs. That's why your PR will not count towards hacktoberfest. If you want to complete hacktoberfest then contribute to legit repos and your PR must be resourceful :)

After being marked as spam i have turned this repo to fullstack development repo so that anyone can contribute valuable stuff for the betterment of all. If you wish to contribute you can any time but PR will not count towards fest 😀
