iSH ships with packages from Alpine 3.14. The neovim package built for that was 0.4.4: https://pkgs.alpinelinux.org/packages?name=neovim&branch=v3.14&repo=&arch=x86&maintainer=

We're testing Alpine 3.19 right now on TestFlight, so you can try that build if you'd like or wait for it to trickle down to the App Store build.
