October 2022 Visual Updates

This PR contains some visual updates to the website.

Notable changes:

A new grid-based info section, which is easily expanded upon
Overdue switch to using CSS variables for colours, (and now has a correctly set theme-color (this looks great in Safari)),
A new navbar button style and position
Increased blog visibility by listing recents posts
Changelog at the bottom of the page
