Bump, i thought i was going crazy when manually masking things that the plugin generated. If you click on the mask, there is an option to feather the mask. Just bring that slider to 0 and you'll be ok

Yes, in fact, this is a feature, not a bug.

I can add an option to disable auto-feathering, but is it really necessary? In most cases, a blurry mask is appropriate, and for rare specific cases where it is not needed, you can easily adjust it using the slider. If this does not apply to you, I would like to hear your specific scenarios and examples of your images.
