make_single_reference_isce; how to set the value of range_looks and azimuth_looks

I am using Sentinel-1 data to do SBAS processing, and I have a study region of about 10kmx8km, how to set the range_looks and azimuth_looks in the Input_file so I can get a finer resolution and , take other things considered , a ideal result? Please help me with it, thank you in advance .
