Align wording of LG 01-04 ("Architectural Context" vs "organisatorischen Kontext")

Wording of DE/EN-Versions of LG 01-04 differs quite a bit between German and English:

  • LG 01-04 [previously LG 1-09]: Responsibilities of Software Architects within the Greater Architectural Context (R3)
  • LZ 01-04 [ehemaliges LZ 1-09]: Zuständigkeit von Softwarearchitekt:innen in organisatorischen Kontext einordnen (R3)

This should be better aligned (might also affect the purpose statement that will be added soon).
