+1 This will be a great feature to have

+1 It'd be great to be able to import CSV files into PostgreSQL and then push that into SQL Server. Importing CSV files into SQL Server is a real PITA.

If you're going the MinGW-w64 route I created a video tutorial on how to install it at https://youtu.be/pb6Yb819pF0 I, too, would try to compile this for Windows but not sure...

I use MSYS2 with ConEmu and was having this issue as well. Running `pacman -Syu` once in the `msys2_shell.cmd` seems to have resolved the issue and now I can run...
