the key setup is not clear

from my finding, it's service account key image

but in the readme, it says this

Go to Google Cloud, enable the Google Analytics Reporting API, credentials > keys > Add Key > Create New Key > JSON, add this to the auto-gpt and rename it firebase.json.

so they flow is create service account first then create a key image

then choose json image
