Describe the bug

In the Local Installation / Installation using Isaac Lab Pip Packages section of the documentation, the contents of the “Installing dependencies” subsection are broken. For example, the same information is repeated twice, the order is incorrect, and installation items for both Isaac Lab versions 2.2.0 and 2.3.0 are listed.
