[Proposal] UAV Simulation and Controller

Proposal

This proposal advocates for the integration of UAV simulation capabilities along with controller functionalities into Orbit. By incorporating UAV simulation and controllers, users will gain the ability to do RL with UAV.

Motivation

RL + UAV is a trending research direction and I think it is cool for Orbit to also support it. So I'm proposing integrating simulation and controller pipelines for UAVs.

This proposal is related to issue #329.

Alternatives

I've also looked at omniDrones, and Aerial Gym. However, omniDrones has planned to merge some features into Orbit, and Aerial Gym relies on the old Isaac Gym.

Additional context

I've implemented basic classes for quadcopters parallel simulation, a simplified beteflight controller on my local machine, and a standalone FPV simulation to test my simulation and controller. I wonder if it is a good idea to merge it with the official repo.
