[Proposal] Update driver support for newer driver versions

Proposal

At the time of writing, Isaac Sim recommends using Nvidia driver versions that were released back in 2023, which I think we can consider as relatively "old" now at this point. I'd like to request that newer driver versions be supported.

Motivation

The main motivation is that (hopefully) newer driver versions bring either new features or inprovements to performance or reliability. Also, the next time it's recommended for someone to "downgrade" their drivers to a recommended version, it will at least be downgraded to something a little more recent. There were other issues previously reported where a newer driver version support could have helped to resolve the issue (eg: #852).
