Add `@recast-navigation/playcanvas` package

This PR adds an additional @recast-navigation/playcanvas package that replicates many of the generators and helpers of the three package. The API is mostly the same, with implementation details changing around the cloning of meshes and other subtle differences

@marklundin I've merged this into a playcanvas branch where I'll make a couple of other changes. I'll create another PR merging playcanvas into main soon 🙂
