MC-118740 issue and incompatibility with Enhanced Attack Indicator

This fix keeps the attack indicator on your screen while breaking blocks, which I find annoying. This wouldn't be a problem if diagnosing this was easy but I had to manually check a few dozen mods in my modlist when I couldn't find any results for the issue on google. Maybe it only bothered me though.

More importantly it breaks Enhanced Attack Indicator. None of it's features work with this fix enabled
