1.21 update

Hey! I'm sure it's probably WIP, but if not, could this be updated to 1.21?

I truly beleive that this simple idea is worth maintaining, I recently installed a lot of optimization mods for the 1.21 version and everything is amazing except.... LEAVES, they're killing my performance with an insane GPU bottleneck; my RX 7800 XT doesn't deserve it 😞

@Gamba04 you could use more culling as well, it has leaves culling built into it

Should point out #64, since the PR isn't linked to this issue.

Also for the time-being, I've compiled the source from the PR and published the JARs in a fork. They can be downloaded here: https://github.com/CompeyDev/CullLessLeaves/releases/tag/1.5.0.
