[Bug] GUI scale remains the same at any scale

Current Behaviour

When changing scale, there is no changes in size.

Expected Behaviour

Should be small at 50% and large at 150% but it is currently the same size between all sizes

1. Load into world
2. Go to Global settings
3. Change "Ingame button guide scale"
4. See scale unchanged
