[Bug] Scroll wheel doesn't work for bundles with Mixed Input

Current Behaviour

With mouse and keyboard selected, I can use the scroll wheel to navigate the contents of my bundles. When I select my controller with mixed input, the scroll wheel no longer works.

Even if I bind buttons on my controller to GUI secondary navigation, it seems to struggle when my bundles have a large number of items inside, not moving over to the expected place sometimes.

Items get highlighted

1. Enable controller with mixed input
2. Hover over bundle
3. Use scroll wheel
