Add separate binds for the 2 radial wheels

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. I have the inventory slot wheel bound to the circle button, and the action wheel (the one you also can configure) to the right D-pad. But you can only bind both wheels to either left stick or right stick, which is obviously very awkward either way.

Describe the solution you'd like I'd wanna be able to use the left stick for the inventory wheel and the right stick for the action wheel
