[Bug] When pressing Y on xbox controller the game shuts down

Current Behaviour

I am currently using the Fabulously Optimized 1.21.1 modpack and for some reason, when I press Y on my controller the game just shuts off, it happens not only on my PC, I tested it on another PC and the result is the same.

Help plz...

Expected Behaviour

After pressing Y in game the inventory screen should appear, I couldnt get any further than this. I saw in controls settings that Y button was assigned, to other actions, but I couldn't test them

Reproduction Steps

1. Open game with the 6.4.0v modpack installed
2. Open your world
3. Press Y on your Xbox controller
4. The game should shut down

+1 same. In v1.21.1, pressing the Y button on the xbox controller reliably crashes the game every time. This occurs with or without the natives dlls.

In my case, I'm running it as part of Fabulously Optimized 1.21.1. This error never occurred when playing with the latest 1.21.8, but I downgraded FO so I could join a server running 1.21.1.

It seems that the mod Chest Tracker could be the issue. See #598
