Describe the problem For some reason, when I go to the 10th slot (or Builder Slot) I cannot go back to my hotbar slots via the hotbar menu and the hotbar select buttons.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to the 10th slot via binded as a button or radial menu

2a. Try to go to any other slots

2b. Try to use the hotbar radial menu to select a slot

3. See error

Expected behavior

I expected it to select to my hotbar slots instead of still selecting the builder slot.
