[Bug/Feature Request] Issues with the Nintendo Layout on the Steam Deck

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. Whenever I install Controlify (which is a lot, thank you for this amazing mod) the ABYX inputs are always flipped because I have the "Use Nintendo Controller Layout" setting turned on in my Steam Deck settings.

Describe the solution you'd like I have 3 ideas:

1. When you first install the mod, have a screen pop up either promoting you to say whether you have the setting on, or just ask which button you want to map (kinda like the "Map to Gamepad" menu).
2. Add an option to the settings menu somewhere.
3. Maybe Decky Loader lets you figure out if the setting is checked? Idk lol

Describe alternatives you've considered

1. Turning off the setting for the entire system: no, just no
2. Swapping the inputs in the controller settings: doesn't work, I think it uses deck loader for literally everything?
3. Swapping the inputs in the Controlify settings: this is what I have been doing. It's incredible tedious and annoying because you have to switch the game and gui bindings separately.

Note: I just saw issue #609 and it seems to be similar, but mine is a tiny bit different and a bit more detailed imo. If you want I can close this as a duplicate though.
