An option to disable and/or customize flick stick snap

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. It's very annoying that i cannot smoothly rotate my camera with flick stick like with Steam Input.

Describe the solution you'd like An option to make flick stick not snap.

Describe alternatives you've considered While it exists in Steam Input, it would be great to not be forced to open my launcher with steam to use it (and no, the desktop controller thingi in steam input does not work)
