[Bug] Right-Stick Does not Work

Current Behaviour

When in the game, I cannot use the right stick to look left, right, up, or down. It will not even let me configure actions with this button in the controller settings page.

Expected Behaviour

I expected for the camera POV to change accordingly when I interact with the right stick.

1. Go into the game
2. Literally try to move the right stick and your camera POV will not change
